Carlos Salazar

Carlos Salazar is a seasoned human resources professional with extensive experience in operations management. Since March 2022, Carlos has served as the Human Resources and Operations Manager at WTS Energy. Prior to this role, Carlos held various HR positions at FieldCore, including Human Resources Manager and HR Generalist for Mexico and Puerto Rico, from August 2018 to March 2022. Carlos began the HR career at GE, working within the HR Global Growth Organization from September 2016 to March 2018, and completed an internship in human resources at Lexmark from September 2014 to September 2015. Carlos holds a Bachelor of Business Administration from Escuela Bancaria y Comercial, earned between 2014 and 2019, and possesses language training from GEOS Language Plus in Vancouver and Montreal from 2013 to 2014.
