Vinay Nalubala is a seasoned recruitment professional with extensive experience in the oil and gas industry. Since April 2010, Vinay has served as a Principal Recruiter and Account Manager at WTS Energy, where responsibilities include managing recruitment across various disciplines for the oil, gas, manufacturing, chemicals, technology, and automation sectors, with a focus on regions such as the Middle East, Iraq, Africa, and the Far East. Prior to this role, Vinay worked as a Recruitment Consultant at Radiant Human Resource Consultancy from March 2008 to April 2010, specializing in recruitment services for diverse industries in Dubai, particularly shipping and manufacturing. Vinay holds an MBA in Human Resources from ISBM and a BBM in Marketing from Chaitanya Degree College (Kakatiya University).
