A.J. Nwoko is a freelance reporter at VPM and also works as a news photographer at WTVR-TV. Prior to these roles, A.J. was a multimedia journalist at WWBT/NBC12 Raycom Media and a photojournalist at NBC29 WVIR-TV. A.J. has a Bachelor's Degree in Broadcast Journalism from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill. They previously interned at LabCorp, where they gained office work experience.
