Patricia Braak

Patricia Braak has diverse work experience spanning multiple industries. Patricia started their career in 2000 as a Music Therapist in post-war Bosnia and Herzegovina at the Pavarotti Music Centre in Mostar. Patricia then took on the role of Head of the Music Therapy Department at the Pavarotti Music Centre for two years from 2002 to 2003.

In 2004, Patricia joined Zentrum Überleben gGmbH, the former Berlin Treatment Center for Torture Victims, as a Music Therapist and continues working there until now.

Patricia later moved into Project Leader and Project Management roles, first at A.M.M. Aktionszentrum Multi Media GmbH from 2008 to 2011, and then at ADQ All Digital Quality GmbH in 2012.

In 2017, Patricia became a Customer Success Manager at Locafox GmbH for a period of six months.

From 2018 to 2021, they worked at Wunderflats as a Landlord Success Manager, responsible for managing and steering the success of landlords. Patricia then progressed to the role of Senior Customer Support Manager from 2021 to 2022. Subsequently, they became an Interim Team Leader/Supervisor for Customer Support, and currently holds the position of Supervisor Customer Operations at Wunderflats.

Patricia Braak completed their Master of Arts degree at Hochschule Magdeburg-Stendal in 2016 in research methodology with a focus on therapy and medicine.

In their field of studies, Patricia has published on complex traumatic stress disorder and music therapy.
