Christopher Carr

Christopher Carr, PE, is a highly experienced electrical engineer with a strong background in utility and power engineering. With significant tenure at NSTAR Electric and Gas, Carr excelled in various supervisory and managerial roles, leading projects related to substation operations, engineering, and field engineering, while overseeing technical implementations and managing engineering teams. At Asplundh Engineering Services, Carr served as Engineering Manager, leading a cross-disciplinary team and implementing operational improvements. As a Senior Electrical Engineer at Constellation, Carr was responsible for the management and execution of major electrical projects, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards and enhancing the performance of power generation facilities. Carr holds a Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering from Northeastern University, a Master’s degree from Worcester Polytechnic Institute, and a Fellow diploma from the University of Massachusetts Boston.
