Mikael Carlson is an experienced manager with a strong background in various roles within the food service and retail industries. Currently serving as General Manager at Wuollet Bakery since November 2018, Mikael has previously held positions such as Assistant Manager at AGRA CULTURE KITCHEN & PRESS LLC and E-bar Manager at Nordstrom.
