Mikael Carlson

Mikael Carlson is an experienced manager with a strong background in various roles within the food service and retail industries. Currently serving as General Manager at Wuollet Bakery since November 2018, Mikael has previously held positions such as Assistant Manager at AGRA CULTURE KITCHEN & PRESS LLC and E-bar Manager at Nordstrom. Prior experience includes a significant tenure as Purchasing Manager at Park Supply of America Inc, where Mikael was responsible for negotiating and facilitating the procurement of goods, as well as overseeing inside sales and technical support. Mikael holds a Bachelor's degree in Marketing from Metro State University and an Associate degree in General Studies from Inver Hills Community College.
