Stefano Turrini

Stefano Turrini is a Junior Researcher at Wuppertal Institut since March 2021, focusing on PhD research regarding the implementation of Post-growth frameworks in urban and regional settings. With a strong commitment to the transformation of concepts like wellbeing, prosperity, and human progress, Stefano aims to advance approaches that challenge the notion of unlimited growth. Previous experience includes co-authoring three projects at Wuppertal Institut, notably a collaborative analysis with Bocconi University on packaging waste management systems across Europe. Earlier roles include serving as a Runner for Piano B during the Wired Next Fest events in Florence and contributing to the development of a commercial network as a Network Marketing promoter for MY CASHBACK WORLD. Stefano holds a Laurea Magistrale in Green Economy and Sustainability from Università degli Studi di Ferrara and a Master's degree in the same field from Universidade do Minho. Additional education includes a Laurea triennale in Economia aziendale/manageriale from Università degli Studi di Firenze.
