Melissa Erb

Melissa Erb has worked in the legal and compliance fields since 2011. Melissa began their career at Hanover Hospital (Hanover, PA) as the Director of Corporate Compliance in 2011. In 2017, they moved to KELLY Benefit Strategies as the Benefits Compliance Manager. In 2019, they joined Kelly & Associates Insurance Group as the Vice President, Corporate Compliance. Most recently, they have been the Director of Legal at Würk since 2022.

Melissa Erb completed their Bachelor of Arts in Political Science and Government from Mount Saint Mary's University in 1994. Melissa then went on to earn their Doctor of Law from the University of Baltimore School of Law in 1997.
