Mollie Alred

Mollie Alred has a diverse work experience spanning various roles and industries. Mollie began their career as a Promotion Intern at Boosey & Hawkes, where they gained experience in writing, editing, and database management. Mollie then joined ZACH Theatre as a Silent Auction Coordinator, where they successfully managed a charity gala's silent auction. After that, Mollie worked at Sciolino Artist Management as a Managing Director, Associate, taking on all operational responsibilities to support the agency's growth. Mollie demonstrated skills in project management, negotiation, and promotion.

In 2015, Mollie joined Praxent as an Operations Manager, focusing on the company's financial and HR needs. Over a period of five years, they played a crucial role in establishing and developing the company's HR practice, contributing to a 500% company growth. Employee happiness and engagement were important KPIs they achieved. Currently, Mollie holds the position of Director of Operations at Wursta, where they have been since 2020. Mollie'sresponsibilities include overseeing operations and ensuring the smooth functioning of the company.
