Rebecca Schlanger

Rebecca Schlanger has an extensive work experience spanning over two decades. Rebecca currently holds the role of VP, Professional Services at Wursta, where they lead the global Professional Services team and drives strategic initiatives for domestic and international operations. Rebecca is responsible for (re)designing processes, building tools, and collecting data to support the company's high-growth stage. Additionally, they spearhead a team of Project Managers while establishing delivery best practices and coaching the entire team into top-tier consultants.

Prior to their current role, Rebecca served as VP, Strategic Initiatives at Wursta and Director, Business Transformation Engagement & Delivery Lead at The Depository Trust & Clearing Corporation (DTCC). At DTCC, they focused on the Future of Work and led multiple cross-functional workstreams, contributing to significant quarter-over-quarter results.

Rebecca's work experience also includes roles as an Independent Consultant at Wursta Corporation, where they turned around troubled projects for mid- to large-size businesses, and as an Independent Consultant, Human Capital Consulting at Deloitte New Zealand.

Earlier in their career, they held multiple executive leadership roles at Kaplan, where they advanced rapidly and led various enterprise-level initiatives. Other notable positions include Senior Business Analyst at LNR Partners, where they innovated systems and reporting tools, and Senior Manager, US Business Technology at Pfizer, Inc.

Throughout their career, Rebecca has demonstrated expertise in driving organizational change, implementing best practices, and delivering successful outcomes. Rebecca has a strong background in project management, strategic initiatives, and business transformation.

Rebecca Schlanger pursued their education starting in 1993 at the University of Michigan, where they completed their Bachelor's Degree in Economics with concentrations in Mathematics and Finance from the Honors program. Rebecca then went on to attend NYU Stern School of Business from 2000 to 2002, earning a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) degree. During their time at NYU Stern, they specialized in Information Systems & Management and Entrepreneurship & Innovation.

In addition to their formal education, Rebecca has also obtained various certifications.
