Kathrin Glauser (-Uhde)

Kathrin Glauser (Uhde) has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries and roles. Kathrin started their career in 2007 as a Regional Sales Director at Berendsohn AG, where they held a leadership position for Catalonia, Spain. Following that, they worked as an Area Sales Manager at FIGUERAS INTERNATIONAL SEATING from 2010 to 2011. In 2011, they joined Création Baumann AG as an International Sales Executive for Europe and Latin America. In 2014, they founded Connecting Cultures and worked as a Trainer & Coach, providing intercultural competence training and consulting services to small and medium-sized companies. Since 2015, Kathrin has been working at Würth AG, first as an Expert for Training & Coaching Sales, responsible for sales training and coaching of external sales teams. Currently, they hold the position of Head of Sales and Business Development. Kathrin'swork at Würth AG involves developing new training material and content, as well as training and coaching junior managers.

Kathrin Glauser (-Uhde) completed their Abitur in French Studies at Kant-Gymnasium Berlin in 1995. Kathrin then pursued higher education and obtained a Magister Artium degree in French Language and Literature, Spanish Language and Literature, and Economics from the University of Potsdam. Kathrin studied at the University of Potsdam from 1997 to 2005.
