Urbano Santiago

Urbano Santiago currently serves as Senior VP Wurth Latin America and Managing Director Wurth Brasil at Würth Group since January 2024. Prior to this role, Urbano held the position of Managing Director at Descarpack (Pátria Investments) from August 2022 to January 2024 and served as Business Director at seedincorp from June 2020 to August 2022. A significant portion of Urbano's career was spent at 3M, with roles spanning from February 1995 to February 2020, including Vice President and General Manager of the Home Care Division, Managing Director of 3M Iberia, and various leadership positions in Sales and Operations. Earlier experience includes a trainee role at Saint-Gobain Brasil and Ambev in the early 1990s.
