Dhamayanthy Parameswaran Ceng Micheme

Dhamayanthy Parameswaran CEng MIChemE serves as the Associate Director of CMC Project Management at WuXi AppTec since November 2025. Prior experience includes the role of CMC Project Manager at Istesso, where responsibilities encompassed managing third-party services for drug substance and clinical supply chain activities during Phase 2 trials. Dhamayanthy was also employed at GSK as an External Manufacturing Investigator, overseeing global CDMO manufacturing operations, and previously worked as a Senior Manufacturing Scientist at Virocell Biologics, leading equipment qualification and process validation. At Eli Lilly and Company, Dhamayanthy held the position of Senior Bioprocess Engineer, contributing to upstream bioprocess engineering and receiving the Reliable Supply Engineering Award in 2018. Early career experiences include an industrial placement at Fujifilm Diosynth Biotechnologies focusing on downstream processing and a summer internship at MedImmune. Dhamayanthy's educational background includes an Engineer's Degree in Biochemical Engineering with Bioprocess Management from UCL, completed in 2016.
