Eric Roden Mba

Eric Roden MBA, LSSMBB, PMP has extensive experience in operations and project management within the pharmaceutical and biotech industry.

Eric currently serves as the Executive Director of Operations at WuXi AppTec, where they are responsible for overseeing operational activities.

Prior to this, Eric worked as a Senior Program Director and Consultant at Catalent Pharma Solutions, where they provided strategic and operational support to high-level biotech clients. Eric led a team of principals and played a crucial role in guiding the transition of client operations into new spaces.

Eric also served as the Vice President of Global Commercial Operations at Quotient Sciences, where they coordinated commercial strategy and workflows for a small pharmaceuticals laboratory. Eric managed commercial operations, leading a 400-employee site and a team of direct reports.

Before that, Eric worked as a Senior Program Director and Consultant at Catalent Pharma Solutions, where they prepared the company for pre-approval inspections and implemented lean methodologies.

Eric also has experience as the Haina Campus Site Director and Plant Manager at Eaton, where they provided governance and oversight for a large manufacturing campus.

Earlier in their career, Eric served as the General Manager of Caribbean Operations and Director of Operations at B. Braun Medical, overseeing multiple facilities and managing a large operating budget.

Eric also worked at B. Braun Group as an Associate Director of Operational Excellence and at Merck as a Manager of Biotech Manufacturing.

Eric Roden has an MBA degree in Business from Eastern University. Eric also holds a Bachelor's degree in Humanities/Business from Penn State University, as well as another Bachelor's degree in Business & humanities from the same university. Additionally, they have obtained certifications in Lean Six Sigma Black Belt from the Center for Creative Leadership, Project Management from Villanova University, and as a Certified Diversity & Leadership Facilitator from the US Chamber of Commerce.
