Artem Bazhynov

Artem Bazhynov is an experienced HR and compensation professional currently serving as the European Total Rewards Director for WuXi Biologics, overseeing operations in Germany, Ireland, the UK, and Switzerland since July 2022. Previously, Artem held the role of HR Projects Director at JSC Ukrainian Railway, where strategic insights on compensation were provided to the Supervisory Board. Artem's extensive background includes leadership positions at Samsung Electronics Ukraine Company, Mercer, and Hay Group, with a strong focus on compensation, organizational development, and HR management. Artem holds multiple academic degrees, including a Master's in Coaching from the Group Coaching Institute in the USA and post-diploma studies in HR Management from Kozminski University.
