Charles Lin

Charles Lin currently serves as Associate Director of Business Development Licensing and Alliance Management at WuXi Biologics since January 2025. Previously, Charles held the position of Director of Business Development and Licensing at Elpiscience Biopharmaceuticals, where a portfolio of over 40 external business opportunities was evaluated, focusing on collaborations across North America and Europe. Charles also worked at Biocytogen/Eucure Biopharma as Associate Director of Business Development and Licensing, leading cross-functional projects and developing persuasive business cases. In earlier roles at InnovHope and the University of Connecticut, Charles focused on health technologies and research, advising on FDA applications and managing multiple biomedical projects. Charles holds a degree in Digital Transformation from Harvard Business School and additional certification in IACUC/CCM from the University of Connecticut.
