Christian Sturm

Christian Sturm currently serves as Associate Director and USP Area Lead at WuXi Biologics, where responsibilities include managing a team for the large-scale production of therapeutic proteins and ensuring compliance with GMP regulations. Previously, Christian was a Shift Lead Upstream at WuXi Biologics, overseeing integrated production teams and facilitating employee development. Christian's earlier experience includes working as a Shift Supervisor at Sanofi, focusing on production planning and quality control, and holding various positions at Bayer, including Shift Supervisor and Chemical Operator. Christian holds an Industrial Master of Chemistry degree from BCW Essen and completed chemical training at Bayer AG in Leverkusen.
