Hongxia Shi

Hongxia (Heather) Shi currently serves as a Senior Director at WuXi Biologics, overseeing operations at the Cranbury, NJ site since March 2019. Previously, Hongxia held the position of Executive Director, acting as Operations Head for the Joint Office for Global Engineering and the Ireland Company. From September 2015 to February 2019, Hongxia was the Head of Ethics and Compliance for Greater China at Elanco. Additionally, Hongxia has experience at Eli Lilly China as a Sr. Manager in Human Resources from November 2014 to August 2016 and served in various HR roles at Eli Lilly and Company from April 2002 to October 2014. Educational qualifications include a Master of Arts in Technical and Scientific Communication from Miami University, and two Master's degrees in English from Wuhan University and Central China Normal University.
