Ivy Chen

Ivy Chen is a seasoned data analysis professional with extensive experience in human resources analytics. Currently serving as the Director of HR Data Analysis at WuXi Biologics since January 2022, Ivy's previous role at GSK as the Organization and People Data Analysis Associate Director involved significant contributions to HR data analysis in the Greater China region. Prior experience at Honeywell included positions as Predictive Analytic Manager and APAC Data Analytics Leader, where Ivy led analytics teams and implemented strategic HR initiatives. Earlier roles at Hewlett-Packard and ACNielsen focused on data analysis to improve product quality and provide retail consulting services. Ivy holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Applied Mathematics from Fudan University.
