Jialu Shen

Jialu Shen is an accomplished IT leader with extensive experience in the biopharmaceutical and manufacturing sectors. Currently serving as Vice President and Head of Global IT at WuXi Biologics since October 2019, Jialu has defined strategic objectives focused on enhancing internal capabilities. Previous roles include Executive Director and Senior Director positions at GSK, where responsibilities encompassed IT project management, program management across various functions, and product management for financial processes. Earlier career experiences include consulting roles at Nu Skin Enterprises and leadership on SAP projects at Umicore, complemented by a Master's degree in Industrial Management from KU Leuven and a Bachelor's degree in Computer Software Engineering from Shanghai Jiao Tong University.
