Leo Pang

Leo Pang currently serves as the Senior Director of Quality Assurance at WuXi Biologics since October 2023, having previously held the position of Director of Global Internal Compliance at the same company since May 2016. Prior experience includes working as a Senior Quality Auditor at Boehringer-Ingelheim from 2012 to April 2016, and as a Quality Assurance Specialist at Eli Lilly and Company from 2010 to 2012, where responsibilities involved establishing quality systems and managing production processes. Leo's career began as a QA Assistant at B. Braun Group from 2008 to 2010. Leo Pang holds a Bachelor's Degree in Pharmaceutics from Nanjing Tech University, an MBA from Université du Québec, and is currently pursuing a Doctorate in Engineering Management at Malaysia University of Science and Technology.
