Nikhil Ladhe

Nikhil Ladhe is an experienced professional in chemical engineering with a Master's degree from Drexel University and a Bachelor's degree from Dr. Babasaheb Ambedkar Technological University. Currently serving as an Upstream Tech Transfer Process Engineer at WuXi Biologics since July 2022, Nikhil previously held various roles, including Research Associate at WuXi Biologics, where lab-scale purification experiments for vaccine production were conducted. Nikhil's earlier experience includes multiple positions at Nalco Water, where leadership and technical optimization skills were demonstrated as a Technical Engineer II and III, as well as research roles at Drexel University's Chemical Engineering Department and the Institute of Chemical Technology, focusing on innovative processes such as pyrolysis and carbon nano-structure creation.
