Richard Chen

Richard Chen is a skilled Global Process Engineer at WuXi Biologics since June 2021, with prior experience as a Project Engineer at ABEC and as an R&D Lab Intern at 3Bar Biologics, Inc. During the internship, Richard assisted in researching cell culture tests for biofertilizers and handled chemical preparations and equipment sterilization. In an earlier role as a Production Engineer at 3Bar Biologics, Richard developed methods to reduce production time for biofertilizer products and aided in product preparation and shipment.
