Nicole Shih

Nicole Shih has a strong background in clinical operations and portfolio management. Nicole currently holds the position of Head of Clinical Operations at WuXi Clinical since October 2021. Prior to this role, they worked as the Director of TSL, Portfolio Management at WuXi Clinical from June 2019 to September 2021. Nicole also served as the Associate Director of Portfolio Management at the same company from April 2018 to June 2019. Before joining WuXi Clinical, Nicole worked at IQVIA as a Clinical Project Manager from February 2016 to March 2018. Nicole started their career at QuintilesIMS in August 2007 as a CRA/Sr. CRA and later became an Associate Clinical Research Manager from October 2012 to November 2015.

Nicole Shih obtained a Master's degree from National Taiwan University, where they studied from 2004 to 2006. Prior to that, they completed their Bachelor's degree at the same university from 1999 to 2003.
