Austin Francis

Austin Francis works as a Programming Analyst at the WV Department of Health and Human Resources since November 2021. Before that, Austin was a Business Development Representative at N3 from July 2019 to November 2021. Prior to N3, Austin worked as a Customer Service Associate at Lowe's Companies, Inc. from May 2015 to September 2019. Austin has previous experience as a Head Lifeguard at Poca River Hunting, Fishing, and Recreational Club in 2014 and as a Maintenance Worker at West Virginia State Police in 2013. Austin holds a Master's degree in Information Systems from the University of Phoenix, a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science from West Virginia State University, and graduated from Poca High School in 2011.
