Kenneth Patterson

Kenneth Patterson is a Project Manager at the WV Department of Health and Human Resources, currently overseeing the implementation of a new electronic system for the Cancer Branch and Tobacco Prevention Control Branch. With previous experience as a Business Systems Analyst at WoodmenLife and various other companies, Kenneth has a strong background in IT project management and system upgrades. Kenneth is also a Lead BA, Technical PM, Scrum Master, and Coach with expertise in Data Center Development, QA Management, and Agile methodologies. Kenneth obtained their education from Rutgers University.
