Thomas Judy

Thomas Judy has over 28 years of experience in safety and risk management across various sectors. Currently serving as the State Agency Workers' Compensation Program Manager at the WV Offices of the Insurance Commissioner since May 2012, Thomas oversees the safety and workers' compensation programs for 25,000 state employees across 108 agencies. Prior to this role, Thomas managed safety and emergency preparedness programs for Parkview Health, an eight-hospital health system, from May 2008 to April 2012, and directed safety, risk management, and security for Holzer Medical Center, which includes a skilled nursing facility and assisted living facility, from May 1995 to November 2007. Thomas holds a Master of Science degree in Safety from Marshall University, completed between 1990 and 1992.
