In 2011, they joined the City of Philadelphia as a Clerical Assistant and was eventually promoted to Supervisor of the Payment Adjustment Unit in Traffic Court. During this time, they efficiently managed communication between departments, maintained official documents, processed customer payments, and provided accurate and timely customer service. In 2013, they transitioned to Alteva as a Tier II Customer Support representative, where they provided technical support to customers for two years. In 2015, Scott joined Momentum Telecom as an Implementation Engineer, responsible for implementing telecom solutions for customers. Scott later moved into the role of Voice Engineer, leveraging their expertise in voice engineering.
