Wade Warren is an experienced telecommunications professional with a strong background in cloud-based VoIP telephony and Unified Communications. Currently serving as a Voice Escalations Specialist and UC Support Tier II Team Lead at Momentum Telecom since August 2017, Wade oversees support for a diverse range of clients both nationwide and overseas. Prior to this role, Wade worked as a Cisco Voice IT Support Specialist at TD Bank from November 2005 to February 2017 and as a Telecom Technician at MCS from October 1998 to August 2005. Wade holds a degree in Electronics, Electrical, Electronics and Communications Engineering from Pennco Tech-Blackwood, earned between 1996 and 1998.
