Lsw Amanda Bajzatt

Amanda Bajzatt, LSW, currently serves as a Hospice Medical Social Worker at PhysioCare Home Healthcare and Hospice. Since January 2019, Amanda has also worked as an Assessment Specialist and Therapist at Sycamore Springs Behavioral Health, and has been an Adjunct Instructor at Ivy Tech Community College since August 2018. Additionally, Amanda has held various roles at Lafayette Urban Ministry from August 2016 to September 2018, including Youth Programs Director and Interim Shelter Director, while also assisting in fulfilling executive duties as Associate Executive Director (Intern).
