Amy Carovillano-Simpson

Amy Carovillano-Simpson, NBC-HWC, is a dedicated health and wellness professional with extensive experience in coaching and facilitating. Since April 2023, Amy has been a solopreneur at Coach Amy LLC, focusing on empowering women over 40 to adopt a joyful and sustainable approach to health, free from dieting. In addition to this, Amy has served as a part-time coach and facilitator at WeightWatchers since July 2016, where behavior coaching strategies are employed to assist thousands in achieving their wellness goals.
