Daiena Masciarelli

Daiena Masciarelli is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in financial operations, people operations, and project management. As the Director of Financial Operations & Implementation and Director of People Operations at WeightWatchers since October 2019, Daiena leads global initiatives to enhance employee engagement and streamline operational processes. Prior to this role, Daiena successfully managed the Workday HRIS implementation project across multiple countries, demonstrating strong leadership skills with over 100 global HR and cross-functional team members. Daiena's earlier career includes significant positions at Deutsche Bank, CIT, and GE Capital, where responsibilities spanned asset management, sales strategy, and operational improvement. Daiena also has a history of volunteer leadership in nonprofit organizations in the UK. Daiena holds a BA in International Relations from Tufts University and studied at Università degli Studi di Firenze.
