Michael Grabiel

Michael Grabiel has over 15 years of experience in retail and operations management, currently serving as Senior Manager in Global Operations and Policy at WeightWatchers since May 2019. Previous roles at WeightWatchers include Senior Manager of US Customer Experience and Operations and Manager of U.S. Customer Experience Procedure and Policy Improvement. Prior to WeightWatchers, Michael held various managerial positions at Ballard Designs from March 2012 to May 2019, including Manager of Store Operations and Manager of New Stores and Special Projects. Michael's career began at Hollister Co. from March 2008 to March 2012, where responsibilities included Store Manager and Visual Manager.
