Milton Smith

Milton Smith is an experienced Director of Quality Engineering at WW since February 2016, overseeing automation processes, aligning stakeholders on multi-initiative strategies, and coordinating roadmaps for successful execution across teams. Demonstrating leadership by anticipating broader needs and coaching team members on informed decision-making, Milton also drives multiple innovation initiatives and engages management on their value. Previously, Milton served as a Senior QA Manager at IBM from January 2004 to March 2013, managing testing of Mortgage Origination Software and developing unified testing processes within the PTP QA organization. Milton holds a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science from Baruch College and has completed Certified Scrum Master Training.
