Kenneth Paulsen

Kenneth Paulsen is an experienced Defense Intelligence Architect Analyst with a robust career in the US Navy since April 1993, where responsibilities have included serving as a Training Requirements and Resources Manager, Senior Rating Advisor, and Policy Analyst among other roles. Kenneth Paulsen has played a significant role in advising on enlisted matters within the Intelligence Community and developing language and training programs for over 65,000 personnel. Additionally, Kenneth Paulsen has managed multimillion-dollar budgets and led teams in intelligence analysis, curriculum development, and operational support. Educational background includes a Bachelor of Arts in Persian and a Bachelor's degree in Foreign Languages from Excelsior University, complemented by training at the Defense Language Institute.
