Penelope Voit

Penelope Voit is the Vice President for Operations at WWC Global.

In her role as Vice President, Penelope provides oversight and guidance to the operational functions at WWC Global ensuring the strategic plans and vision of the Executive Team are implemented.

Penelope joined WWC in 2010 as the HR and Accounting Specialist with a background in office management and human resources. In 2016 she was promoted to Operations Manager responsible for all HR related systems and payroll and benefit administration. Over the course of her tenure at WWC Global Penelope has provided support to the finance, human resources, IT systems, and contract management functions. She was promoted to Vice President for Operations in 2020.

After graduating from University College London Penelope worked at Fantasy League, a fantasy soccer start-up, in Camden Town, London for six years. Following a move to the USA she worked at the Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM) in Alexandria, VA in both the Membership and Human Resource & Strategic Planning departments.
