Sebastian Dresp has been serving as Leiter Entwicklung Testcenter at WERMA since September 2014, focusing on product compliance, certification, verification, and validation. Prior to this role, Sebastian held various positions within WERMA, including Gruppenleiter Entwicklung Support and Trainee. Additionally, from April 2016 to April 2018, Sebastian worked as a Rettungshelfer at Malteser Hilfsdienst, and previously at Deutsches Rotes Kreuz Kreisverband Tuttlingen e.V. from September 2013 to September 2015, contributing to emergency medical services. Sebastian earned a Bachelor of Engineering in Mechanical Engineering with a specialization in Development and Production from HTWG Hochschule Konstanz between 2015 and 2019 and obtained certification as a Rettungshelfer from Deutsches Rotes Kreuz Landesschule Pfalzgrafenweiler in 2014.
