Deb Mills (nee Jones) is an accomplished fundraising professional with extensive experience in philanthropy and development. Currently serving as Head of Philanthropy and Development at WWF-Australia since June 2017, Deb previously held significant roles at the National Heart Foundation of Australia from September 2011 to June 2017, including NSW Executive Manager, Fundraising & Philanthropy and NSW Philanthropy Manager, where Deb launched the organization's first Major Gifts campaign in over 40 years. Earlier career positions include Relationship Director at the Royal Bank of Scotland Business, focusing on corporate transactions, and Portfolio Manager at Barclays Corporate Banking, managing a portfolio of small to medium corporate banking customers. Deb holds a BA (Hons) in Politics, Political Science and Government from The University of Sheffield and an Applied Diploma in Corporate Banking from The University of Manchester.
