Programme Lead, Education For Sustainable Development at WWF-Malaysia

Sugitha Kanniaseelan, MBA, has a diverse work experience spanning various roles and industries. Sugitha is currently working as a Programme Lead for Education for Sustainable Development at WWF-Malaysia since February 2023. Previously, they served as the Head of School at Cyberlynx International College from October 2022 to January 2023. Sugitha also held the position of Assistant Professor at the University of Cyberjaya from December 2019 to October 2022. Additionally, Sugitha has co-founded Magic Training and Education and worked as a Co-Founder from June 2017 to December 2019. Sugitha has also built experience as a Lecturer at Asia Pacific University College of Technology and Innovation from December 2012 to June 2017, and as a PR Account Manager at Edelman from March 2012 to September 2012. Prior to that, Sugitha worked as a Senior Executive at Agensi Kaunseling dan Pengurusan Kredit (AKPK) from June 2008 to March 2012, and at AmAssurance Berhad from May 2003 to May 2008. Sugitha began their career as an Intern at MSC Incubator in 2002.

Sugitha Kanniaseelan, MBA has a diverse educational background. Sugitha obtained a Bachelor's Degree in Advertising/Media and Media Innovation from Multimedia University in 1999-2003. In 2006-2009, they pursued their Master in Business Administration, specializing in Business, Marketing, and Management, also from Multimedia University. Most recently, they completed their Doctor of Philosophy - PhD in Educational Leadership from the University of Malaya, where they studied from 2018 to 2021. Additionally, Sugitha has a certification as a Certified Training Professional from HRD Corp - Human Resource Development Corporation, obtained in 2021.
