Raphael Dorilag is a skilled professional with extensive experience in project development and renewable energy, currently serving as a Project Development Specialist at OceanPixel since October 2017 and as an Energy Project Officer at WWF-Philippines since September 2015. Responsibilities at WWF-Philippines include coordinating the Seize the Wind – RE Campaign, creating IEC materials for wind farms, and collaborating with the Department of Energy on island-power development planning. Previous roles include Chief Science Research Specialist at UP DGE/TCAGP, where efforts focused on renewable energy resource mapping, and Supervising Science Research Specialist at UP-EEEI, managing research activities for wind turbine generator testing.
