Eric Svendsen

Eric Svendsen has a strong background in publishing and editorial work. Eric has worked at W.W. Norton and Company since 2011, currently serving as the Vice President and Editor in the fields of economics, management, and the environment. From 2011 to 2015, they were the editor in geosciences and anthropology. Their accomplishments include signing, developing, and publishing successful first editions, a media edition of a classic product, and overseeing important revisions. Before Norton, Eric worked at Pearson for 15 years in various editorial and editorial management positions, developing both print and digital projects. Overall, they have extensive experience in the publishing industry.

Eric Svendsen attended Duke University from 1988 to 1992, where they obtained a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in English.
