Eva Crawford

Eva Crawford has extensive experience in IT and support services, currently serving as Help Desk Supervisor and Accessibility Coordinator at W. W. Norton & Company, Inc. since November 2014. In these roles, Eva facilitates access to resources for print-disabled students and instructors while overseeing support initiatives. Previously, Eva worked at Magellan Health Services from June 1997 to October 2014, holding various positions that included LAN Administrator and Project Management, where significant contributions were made to system efficiency and compliance. Early career experience includes working as a LAN Administrator at Ehrenkrantz Sterling & Company from September 1989 to May 1997. Eva holds an education from Luzerne County Community College and James M. Coughlin High School.
