Jiji Baylis

Jiji Baylis is currently serving as the North Houston Publishing Account Manager at W. W. Norton & Company, Inc. since March 2022, where responsibilities include building and maintaining strong relationships with authors, literary agents, and other clients while ensuring their satisfaction. Prior to this role, Jiji Baylis accumulated significant experience as an English Teacher at Houston ISD from December 2015 to December 2021, focusing on curriculum development and classroom instruction. Additionally, English teaching positions were held at Cypress-Fairbanks ISD from August 2013 to November 2015, with a similar emphasis on lesson planning and effective teaching methods. Jiji Baylis holds a Master's degree in Education and a Bachelor's degree in English Language and Literature with a minor in Spanish Language and Literature, all from Texas A&M University.
