Kevin Brake

Kevin Brake currently serves as the Director of Transit Oriented Development at WW+P Architects, a position held since October 2025. Prior experience includes director roles at Lendlease focusing on Master Planning & Place in NSW and VIC, and at Arcadis leading Urban Regeneration efforts. Prior to these positions, Kevin served as Senior Development Manager at UrbanGrowth NSW, and held various roles within AECOM, Portland Development Commission, and Lend Lease, where expertise in urban design and project management was developed. Kevin's educational background includes a Master's in Urban Development and Design from UNSW, a Postgraduate degree in Architecture from the University of Cambridge, and a B.S. in Construction Management with a focus on Financial Feasibility from Washington State University.
