Jon Nemo

Mr. Nemo is a Senior Partner at AE Industrial and focuses on the origination, execution and monitoring of portfolio investments. Mr. Nemo currently sits on the boards of AE Industrial’s portfolio companies: AIM MRO, Alpine Air, Applied Composites, Atlas Group, CDI Corporation, and Triman Industries and is a member of the firm’s Investment Committee. Prior to joining AE Industrial in 2016, Mr. Nemo was a Managing Director and Head of the Aerospace, Defense & Government Services Group at Harris Williams & Co., a leader in middle market mergers & acquisitions advisory. Over the past 25 years, Mr. Nemo has specialized in aerospace & defense and completed more than 75 M&A and corporate finance transactions valued at over $10 billion. Mr. Nemo’s deep knowledge of the aerospace & defense supply chain, extensive transaction experience and breadth of industry relationships provide AE Industrial with a strong set of deal sourcing and transaction execution capabilities while also providing unique strategic value creation perspectives throughout our portfolio investments. Mr. Nemo received a BA from the University of Michigan.
