Barbara Carnegie is a seasoned executive with extensive experience in the healthcare and insurance sectors. Currently a member of the Women's Executive Network (WXN), Barbara previously held the position of Vice President, Payor Partnerships & Plan Sponsor Innovation at Shoppers Drug Mart, where leadership focused on maximizing Employer Health Solutions and managing drug plan costs. Prior to this, Barbara served as Sr. Director, Product Development & Marketing at Empire Life, transforming group life and health functions for improved customer value. Experience includes a role as Director, Portfolio Management at RBC Insurance, where Barbara contributed to the development of the Group Life and Health portfolio strategy.
