Jim Botko

Jim Botko is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in the media and entertainment industry. Currently, Jim is a member of the World Experience Organization (WXO) since January 2024. As President of Thermal Entertainment since May 2012, Jim leads an agency that connects clients with top creative talents for custom media projects. In addition to this role, Jim has been involved in strategic development at Axis Animation since April 2014, enhancing the brand in video games and theme parks, and has contributed to Bigmouth Audio in strategy and business development since August 2021. Previous roles include partner in business development at RelishMIX and various positions in business development and strategic roles at companies such as AdGreetz, eclipse, Company 3, and Hammer Creative. Jim Botko also served as Vice President of Events at iNDemand from 2001 to 2003, overseeing numerous live events. Jim holds a Bachelor of Arts in Economics from UCLA and has a background in sports with education from the School of Crossfit.
