Jonathan Burow

Jonathan Burow is an experienced professional with a diverse background in customer experience, digital transformation, and product management. Currently serving as a Founding Member at WXO - World Experience Organization since October 2022, Jonathan previously held the role of VP Customer Experience & Digital Transformation at Independent Health while also leading online engagement initiatives. As the Founder of Blizzard Labs from April 2012 to March 2020, Jonathan showcased entrepreneurial skills and technical expertise. Earlier roles include Digital Product Manager at Independent Health, Scientific Programmer at the University at Buffalo, and various positions at Synacor, including Product Manager, Engineering Manager, and Lead Developer. Jonathan holds a degree in Experience Design from The College of Extraordinary Experiences and a BA in Media Study from the University at Buffalo, along with certification from the Pragmatic Institute.
