Bill Proctor

Bill Proctor has extensive experience in journalism, having served as a senior staff reporter investigator at WXYZ-TV since May 1980. Prior to this role, Bill held the position of reporter-anchor at KDKA-TV from January 1977 to November 1979. Bill Proctor earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Sociology from the University of Maryland between 1972 and 1974.
