Robin Thompson

Robin Thompson is the CEO and Founder of Budget Wise Consulting since January 2006. In addition, Robin serves as a Contributing Financial Expert and "Money Coach" for WXYZ-TV's "Don't Waste Your Money" segment on ABC-TV in Detroit, a role held since 2008. Robin was previously a columnist for The Detroit News from 2011 to 2013 and worked as an Engineering Leader at General Motors from July 1994 to January 2003. Robin holds a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from North Carolina Agricultural and Technical State University and a Master of Arts in Mathematics from the University of Detroit Mercy.
